After spending 17 years being factory trained with Canon Australia , I saw an opportunity to develop the ever-increasing second hand and rental copier markets. In 2000 I purchased a business database that dealt mainly with Canon copiers. Over time I worked with each customer to find the best solution, in most cases supplying newer type copiers that delivered efficiencies and reliability. 	Provide value for money, ensuring customer’s get a minimum of 3 years and upwards service from their equipment.
	Supply and deliver genuine consumables at low prices to ensure reliability, quality and proper maintenance.
	Only using highly experienced and professional technicians who have been factory trained.
	Only using highly experienced and professional IT Canon factory trained technicians.
	Providing after hours and weekend services if required.
With this business philosophy I found the majority of new clients were coming from referrals from existing customers. We have continued this way of doing business ever since. Being one of the biggest Canon second hand dealers in Melbourne we are continually sourcing late and current model Canon copiers nationally and internationally. We have the strictest criteria for the type and quality of used copiers we purchase. Only proven models are chosen all with low copy counts. These copiers are then overhauled and refurbished with up to date new parts and improved parts. The next step is to have them tested, sometimes up to 2000 test copies, which is all done by an experienced factory Canon trained technician. In summary, Alpha Copiers
